Refer to the setup guides for device configuration if you are using your own equipment. Bluestar supplied hardware will be preconfigured with your voip account. Connect up the equipment, check for dialtone and off you go!

Make a test call to the Echo server (dial 600). Once connected, speak into the phone and you will get what you've just said repeated back to you. If you can hear yourself then you have setup your device correctly and your connection meets the minimum requirements to allow you to make/receive calls.

Whilst you need a HomeCalling account to be able to use the service, you do not have to be next to a computer or online. By using our digital calling card network you can make calls using your HomeCalling account from virtually anywhere in the World. For information on how to use the calling card portals, please click here.
