Ordering your high speed satellite broadband system from Bluestar is easy. You can do so by phone, fax, by emailing through a completed order form, or by using our online store.

For your convenience we accept payment by visa and mastercard, visa debit, maestro and switch cards. Payments are processed offline through our merchant bank. You can also make payment by bank transfer, cheque or by using a 3rd party payment system such as PayPal or Moneybookers.

Installation can done in as little as one week depending on stock levels, system ordered and our installation schedule. Average installation time is just over two weeks.

Prices quoted on our website exclude sales tax, installation and shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Written quotations can be provided on request along with service order forms. Our English and Spanish speaking sales team will be happy to take your order and answer any queries you may have.

Generally speaking you will need a PC with ethernet port or spare internal PCI slot. Standard installations are wall mounted and you will need a south facing wall with clear line of sight (no obstructions caused by trees , poles etc).
