We use a support ticket system. Please click on the link below to access the system. First time users will need to register to setup a support ticket account. Do not use your normal Bluestar Internet account details. The support ticket system is fully automated and you will receive automatic notifications when your ticket is answered. Support Ticket service is available 24/7, 365 days a year and Bluestar aims to respond to all support requests within one working day.

Live Support
Check the status below. If support is available you will be able to chat live with a support representative. When live support is not available the system will revert to Support Tickets.

Telephone Support is available during office hours Monday to Friday. Call +44 (0)203 0260048 . Customers can also use the freephone number 6556556 when using the HomeCalling service.
Bluestar provides technical support for users of our satellite broadband services only. PC support is limited to configuration relating to your internet connection and for Windows 98/XP/2000/VISTA based machines.
Other technical support may be provided by Bluestar as needed but may be chargeable.
Engineer Callout Response
Bluestar offers a range of onsite support options including backup and emergency response. Onsite support must be taken out at time of ordering your system.
Hardware Warranty & Service
Extended Warranty services are available for selected systems. As standard all vsat hardware is subject to a 12 month return to base warranty unless stated otherwise. Extended Warranty packages must be ordered at time of making your initial system purchase.
